      Pros

      Great people to work with, nice campus, creative and energetic talent. Pay was good. Hours were good. Great opportunity to work with a wide range of clients.

      Cons

      Senior corporate management is constantly changing the "playing rules" for the business units, which in turns makes the Senior BU management teams paranoid. BU leaders don't communicate well with their teams, Everyone is always looking over their shoulder with fear.
