Pros

Good training ground....that's about it.

Cons

Maritz has gotten rid of a large number of older, experienced folks which places a huge burden on the remaining tenured employees who are now expected to train and mentor employees who will likely take their jobs away. The Research Company is totally mismanaged. Maumee runs the show, thinks their people are vastly superior to anyone else and is unwilling to accept differences of opinion. If you don't drink the corporate "kool-aid" you're out of there.

Maritz is an ideal job for college students.

Pros

What I liked best about Maritz is its flexible hours. Working at Maritz allowed me to earn money and have time to study because they were willing to work around my schedule.

Cons

This job is definitely not for everyone. Sometimes working in customer service can be tedious but with experience you learn how to ignore negative responses and how to professionally handle disputes.

Pros

Some nice people to work with. Newly refurbished offices Always cakes and treats in the office.

Cons

A lack of training and development opportunities for Research Executives, expectations are incredibly high for people new to the industry. Do not take this role unless you have experience in market research. People are assigned teams where they work on one tracker only,as a result the role becomes very repetitive. The title of the role is very misleading, this is not a Research Executive role, there is little reporting or analysis, it is process management . Line Manager was a horrible woman, was genuinely scared of her
