Pros

Recognized expertise in the area of customer satisfaction tracking research. A quality pool of quantitative data science professionals well-versed in current and emerging analysis options. Overall Maritz Research has a Midwest sensibility that seems to encourages team work and often rewards loyalty.

Cons

Your work experience is highly dependent on the industry/sector team you are with and the tone set by the senior management of that particular group. One sector might be highly collaborative with contributions rewarded regardless of your level, another sector might be quite the opposite. One sector might have a more friendly informal team culture while another sector might be much more rigid and formal. Maritz has tried with limited success to expand uptake of research offerings beyond customer satisfaction trackers. If you are looking for research experience beyond c-sat you may be happier elsewhere. Like many employers they have steadily required employees to kick in more for health insurance which can impact your take-home pay.

Pros

Fun, dynamic culture and best culture of any company. Recognition is heart and soul of the organization. Flexible work environment and opportunity for advancement. Fun events such as jeans day Fridays, Petpalooza, Take Your Dog to Work Day, annual employee picnic, week off between Christmas and New Years, generous vacation and sick time. The people that make up this organization are people centric and make this organization the great place it is.

Pros

Easy to get hired. Flexible schedule. Good job if you just wanna make some extra money. You can work as much or as little as u want. Min of 4 hours a day. good if your looking to work in the evening

Cons

strict dress code. Not reliable. You get called off if there is not enough number to call that say. its great if you like to be isolated and not socialize. short breaks. mean horrible customers. its a call center with incoming calls that u dont control. people do not like to participate in the long annoying interviews and get mad at you for calling them.
