      Flexible, decent pay, tear-jerkingly boring

      Pros

      Hors were extremely flexible, it was relatively easy to get in touch with senior management. Pay was good for an unskilled, entry-level job, and the incentive program was encouraging.

      Cons

      Saying the same words over and over again can mess with you, upset respondents can be emotionally disturbing, and there is ever-present boredom.

      Pros

      It was nothing great or really bad. It reminded me a lot of things one would find on Dilbert. It was stable and the people there were nice.

      Cons

      It may be an ok starter job, but it may not be a place for a career. Pay and advancement opportunities were poor.

      Pros

      Work/personal life balance is exceptional, and the company has a great reputation. Convenient location. There is an incredible amount of talent and commitment within this company.

      Cons

      Business models for some areas are not in tune with the economic crisis. Performance reviews rarely happen. On the job training is poor. Internal communication is also silo'd and poor. Compensation is not commensurate with talent.
