Pros
Very healthy work environment, good morale among coworkers. Management for the most part very reasonable and "open-eared". Career advancement encouraged by management.
Cons
As positive as the pros are, they company has at times done huge lay-offs which affected employees who'd been there for decades. At times employees whose jobs are discontinued are offered alternative jobs elsewhere in the company, othertimes not.
