Low pay well below industry average and long term employees are paid significantly less than new less experienced hires A salaried employee is not truly salary the micromanagement of time is over the top, required to submit timecards and use time off for an hour away during the day Poor processes or a complete lack there of, significant duplicate work with rationale being that's what leadership wants Serious micromanagement and people in leadership roles who have no business in being there Annual layoffs because of poor company performance and general unhappiness of most employees due to terrible company culture
