There is no path to advancement and they underpay employees. They forced us back into the office despite us having kept the company afloat during the pandemic after major layoffs and a paycut. The majority of us did not wish to return to the office full time and we said so in the survey they sent out. The people I work with think they know everything and can be condescending. At one point someone literally asked me during a meeting if I knew what I was doing and I had to stand up for myself.

Throughout my 5 years I was constantly afraid of lay offs. The moral was just horrible. Hiring Drew was the worst decision with regard to how much useless money he spent. I ended up getting laid off along with 500 other people with no severance and no help.
