Floor team is great No trust in upper management, they still figuring out and testing new ways continously, they would rather bandage something rather than fix the issues , you will be trained one way all of the sudden it's the wrong way out the blue because floor management wants it done a different way. management is somewhat immature and does not take responsibility one day something is ok the next it is a write up offense. Basically wants the numbers and doesn't care about quality untill quality is a issue now you gotta explain why you let it pass even when it was not a issue a day before
