During my time at Mark Spain Real Estate, the standout positive was our Director Of Sales. He was a true leader who brought integrity, clarity, and a strong sense of team culture to the office. His leadership was the foundation of a positive work environment and strong performance. He made the long hours and heavy workload enjoyable. Unfortunately, after his departure, that sense of culture and direction quickly eroded.

Cons

The biggest issue is a lack of transparency from upper leadership. Communication is often inconsistent or unclear, leaving team members to rely on secondhand information and speculation rather than direct, reliable guidance. Expectations are frequently shifted without a corresponding increase in support or resources. Many promises around growth opportunities, compensation, or changes in structure are made but not fulfilled. It often feels like the goalposts are constantly moving, which makes it difficult to trust the process or leadership’s intentions.
