Cons

Extremely talented team on all levels, throughout each department. There is high accountability so only a good fit if you thrive in an environment that is client focused first and closes a ton of homes!

Mark Spain Real Estate invests heavily in its people. I joined the team back in 2016 and since then, every day I have had the opportunity to learn something new. Mark Spain is very focused on continuing education and growing every person in the organization. It feels special to be surrounded by so many positive people who want to build you up. The leadership team is amazing and the opportunities for growth are enormous.

Cons

A supportive and fun culture is very important to MSRE so the hiring process is definitely lengthy! The people who get hired do not get discouraged by this and instead just continue to follow up.
