Pros

Pay and time off are decent

Cons

Company culture is toxic. Follow the status quo or you’ll ruffle too many feathers. Even though they preach “growth mindset”. Appearance matters here, as long as you look the part, you’ll succeed.

Pros

I really value the training mark-taylor and how much you care, the effort mark-taylor puts in to make us feel comfortable in our position is unlike any other. Within my 3 weeks of being here I absolutely love my team and the company. Thank you for helping me find my home away from home!

Cons

No cons, all good, thank you!

Pros

The pay is great and I appreciate the bonuses. At the end of the day we all work to get paid. I like the stress of solid communication and friendliness between office and maintenance staff it makes for a much more positive atmosphere than a us vs them dynamic. The pre site training was fantastic.

Cons

I think that the onsite training and support could be a little more intensive.
