Good experience, but company could be better.

Pros

The training is decent and the benefits are pretty good. The clothes that you're required to wear are picked out by corporate but are very nice.

Cons

It seems the more you kiss butt and become friends with people from corporate the better (and only) chance you'll have of moving up in the company.

you have to be a people's person and be comfortable with sales and day to day resident issues that can be somewhat entertaining

Cons

to move up it is important to get along with your manager and become friendly with you coorporate staff and CEO.
