Pros

Overall a good work atmosphere with potential to move into different positions as you progress. Have the opportunity to really own the job and make the living experience an enjoyable one for your residents.

Cons

Schedule can be tough and a lot of the experience will depend on which property you’re at. Some residents may be difficult to interact with.

Pros

Can be a lot of fun, you get to meet a lot of people. Good entry level job, if you have enough experience to get hired elsewhere.

Cons

There are a lot of politics within the company. Unless you work as a property manager or at corporate you have to work at least one weekend day.
