They bleed "BLUE" so much that it doesn't matter how much talent you have if your not in the "blue" click you will get fired.

Cares for their people, promotes within. Strong branding of the company. Huge local presence. Classy properties and well maintained communities.

Cons

When I worked for the company the room for growth was limited to the smaller number of properties. This isn't the case now with all their growth in the valley

No two days are the same, enjoyed the small office atmosphere. Promote from within

Nothing bad to say, had to work weekends but I knew that when I applied. It can be challenging to take time off due to small office size.
