I really enjoy the work I do here and believe it makes a difference to the rest of the team that works here! Everyone on my team has been so welcoming and I like the specific tasks I do day-to-day.

Cons

I have heard from people working onsite that there can be some disconnect from what we teach in training to how things run onsite. I know it can be hard to streamline at large companies, but I think that can be an improvement.

Company culture is toxic. Follow the status quo or you’ll ruffle too many feathers. Even though they preach “growth mindset”. Appearance matters here, as long as you look the part, you’ll succeed.
