Pros

Great people, family oriented culture, and strong leadership at the President and VP levels. They listen, have empathy, and I always appreciated that they were open to feedback and didn't have egos. A lot of opportunities for growth and advancement for all employees.

Cons

There are some growing pains that come from new properties, taking over existing properties, a lot of hiring, and new hires who are learning the industry and their roles. It's fast pace and that can be stressful at times.

Mark Taylor is known for their A+ communities with gorgeous grounds and above average apartment features.

Cons

Corporate doesn't care about its employees. Micromanagement at its finest asking for more and more performance from all on site staff team members which are severely understaffed no matter what property you are at. Corporate level leadership has drastically declined and has become frightenly toxic which on site teams suffer the consequences. Executive leaders puts a band aide on everything and ask their employees to be loyal and strive for growth and further development creating hypocrisy by asking for what they don't give.
