Pay is absolute worst in the industry. They take advantage of the nieve new to industry people and way underpay everyone. Assistant Managers make less than Leasing people elsewhere, maintenance supervisors are paid like regular techs, Leasing people pay is less than McDonald's. All this while they brag about how much profit is pulled in. Work for MT and you will be known as a Broke as a Joke Taylor employee. Everything s a secret and nothing is transparent. Everyone is new and people run away more than they can hire each month, fact. Every manager is trained to under pay/under offer new hires and very few people actually take the job due to poor pay. Nobody at MT knows the industry because they only know broke MT.
