      Maybe a stepping stone. Low pay and too much favoritism. You don't get promoted based on performance.

      Pros

      Only consider if you want to get experience and move on. Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Low pay compared to industry, they try to pitch you good bonuses, but they do not live up to the expectation. You can get paid so much more at other companies. Also, management is not very good. Most in management are promoted due to the relationship with other managers and you are not promoted based on performance, but rather favoritism. There are too many married couples within management. It is not well run.
