I found nothing positive in this job.

Cons

Incredibly poor work/life balance (many employees work evenings and weekends). Management by intimidation. Lots of nepotism at the location I worked.

Stable conservative company. Lots of good people who may look at you funny first but will open up when they get to know you.

Cons

What you don’t get in salary comes through as a bonus. Title and long term growth is slow but sure. Requires a lot of patience and wheel spinning before you get where you want.
