Pros

Good work-life balance. Peaceful work environment. Friendly atmosphere and work culture. Management is great and generally allows employees to be self-directed. Employees are happy, and there is a sense of shared accomplishment for meeting goals set by senior management.

Cons

Opportunities for professional growth on the job can be hard to come by, but they're there. Career advancement is slow, but likely if you perform well. Be clear on expectations and gain as many skills as possible to increase your value to the company. Some of IT is outsourced and could be better, but the company is taking steps to make improvements there.

Strong company stock performance Small company feel if that’s your thing.

Cons

Leadership does not focus on people development. System is designed to treat people like pawns and sad that yelling at people is even tolerated. Managers do not act in accordance with the values that corporate publishes.
