      Pros

      The actual work is satisfying. They offer classes through the institutes online free of charge.

      Cons

      The work is never ending and somewhat thankless. You are processing 50 to 80 submissions a day and are only allowed 3 mistakes a month. Rules for processing are across 12 different aging platforms and 27 different product lines. If you do make a mistake the underwriter jumps down your throat. If you are not popular in the office, or if you do not fit in with the predominantly white, wealthy suburban culture you will be ostracized. In a meeting, a director called people out for going to the bathroom too much.

      Pros

      Great company to work for and continues to find support employees. Compared to other companies they are in it for the long haul. If you're looking to rise up in the organization, work hard and don't be afraid to put yourself out there. Basically brag a little but respect everyone.

      Cons

      Not much I can think of. Depends on the position and department, especially what region you're located in. Accommodating to employees but they started to disallow certain departments from working remotely, like Underwriting. Big company and corporate feel can be a con to most people.
