      Pros

      Excellent training staff, great benefits, positive environment and many opportunities to move forward with company. Helpful and friendly staff that goes out of the way to make you feel comfortable.

      Cons

      I have experienced no cons with Markel. Unlike many other jobs in the past I look forward to going to work to be around this positive environment.

      Pros

      There are good benefits and I have a great manager. It is an excellent entry level job with a great company.

      Cons

      None really, It's a pretty straight forward position; you do have to be a self starter for this position and able to stay on task.
