      Great benefits and friendly co workers

      Cons

      Claim management is out of touch with their staff. Examiners work in multiple systems which creates inefficiency. Overhauling claim system is not a priority. With system limitations, expectations/ objectives are not achievable. We have moved from a claims department where expertise was valued into a department where we feel we are just a number.

      Nice co-workers & clean office space.

      Cons

      Lack of flexibility and not willing to evolve with the times as far as allowing people to work differently than a typical corporate 9-5 structure. Lack of privacy with no cubicles or offices is extremely distracting. There is also very little career advancement opportunities.
