      Pros

      Welcoming culture, great co-workers with great attitudes; They work hard and there's lots of great insurance talent; Well-run core business with strong financial potential. Open to new ideas. Lots of good changes are underway.

      Cons

      Salary/bonus for many roles don't match market (was content to accept lower offer, but afraid of keeping up); IT resources and some other business units are frustratingly behind the times. Many big changes are needed.

      Lucrative bonuses for underwriters Great people In office amenities are great

      The base salaries are extremely low compared to competitors. If you want half of your salary to be a bonus that fluctuates based on company-wide performance, this would be the job for you! Otherwise, go to another carrier that offers higher base pay. The opportunities for promotion are pretty much non-existent. Plan to stay in your job for a decade or so.
