Pros
The office is easy to get to even in heavy traffic and has free parking. Work hours are very reasonable (8a-5p, Mon-Fri). There is a family like atmosphere to this group that makes it easy to get along. You have available a variety of breakfast items, snacks, and drinks to fuel your day. You are given an opportunity to make your position your own and given the ability to excel, if that is what your looking for. There is ample room for growth and the company likes to promote from within current staff before seeking outside talent.
Cons
This is not for those who want to simply coast by. As the company is small in size it values every employee's contribution and the time they are at work. We are expected to prioritize our work and remain busy with our various tasks. This is not really a con but its worth stating. I have been here 2 years and see first hand that dedication to your work is rewarded in kind and appreciated by management.
