Pros
I've felt welcome since the first day I started. People tend to be lighthearted and friendly, and I could easily call some employees (even in different departments!) friends within the first month. The work is interesting and I personally learn new things every day. It's a small company, so effort is often recognized and rewarded. Benefits are great, the kitchen is always stocked (if you ask for something specific, it will probably be stocked), and good coffee is always available.
Cons
Like I said, it's a small company -- effort is easily recognized, as are idle employees. Don't expect to come in and coast through training just to put in a couple of hours of work per day. Management will not fire you right out, but it will easily be able to keep an eye on you after giving you warnings.
