Training is awful they put you with someone who doesn’t even do your same work. HR doesn’t meet you and tells you false things. They want you to work overtime for no extra pay. Say they are family oriented but when it comes down to work or your family they let you go. They pick your stuff after you leave for the day then tell you over the phone and say there is no communication on why. Terrible place to work cares less about their employees only money.

LOTS of favoritism. You'll learn fairly quickly who the "favorite" employees are, especially when it comes to Account and Project Managers. If you aren't a favorite, forget any possibility of a future with this company. Different rules for different people even if you're in the same job position. Expect passive aggressive emails from your boss, no unbiased feedback, complete disorganization. No raises in pay are given here, so if you decide to work for this company - you better negotiate your salary up because this is where you'll stay! They expect you to work 24/7, if you don't, you're "undedicated." I would highly recommend seeking employment elsewhere.
