Pros

Good company, treated employees well. The owners really care about their work force, the quality of their products and the community. If you work hard you can grow in this company. Many employees have worked her 15 plus years. It is a family oriented company and a good company to work for. Benefits were good and the pay was good for Dalton, GA.

Cons

The work was seasonal, so sometimes hours were affected.

Fast pace place but fun and creative. Good work environment. If you have no personal life you will like it.

Cons

Big time nepotism. If you are not part of the family or the inner circle you will never make it long term
