good pay, friendly and relaxing environment, good management, raises and bonus every year.

Cons

Constantly rearranging where we sit because of covid 19 restrictions.

A Company that takes care of their employees

Pros

Many employees have tenure here. When COVID-19 happened, the CEO paid everyone (that was not able to work from home) their full salary without using any PTO for almost a month. They are offer flexible schedule and it really feels like a family environment.

Cons

Not enough parking (but we are moving). There are a lot of changes that is happening as we grow so the growing pains might be felt by others but that's with all industries that grow from a small mom and pop shop to a mid-size company in a short time.
