The clients are amazing and the coworkers make it feel like family competitive pay compared to other long term care facilities in the area

Cons

Have to work holidays/weekends, but can use PTO if needed.

Pros

Sometimes get a decent bonus if you pick up and extra shift. Sometimes they have food for all the employees which I appreciated.

Cons

Not wanting to pay the caregivers what we deserve, demanding hours, always understaffed, terrible benefits for 3 day workers, always being asked to work on our days off.
