      Pros

      As everyone is saying clients are the only pros in there. Clients get treated very well. Place is clean and does not smell bad. Health insurance is good.

      Cons

      Where do I start?! Almost every day someone calls in. It does not matter what deportment Nursing, Housekeeping etc. Pay is very little but, expectations are extremely high. Every deportment or and shift have " clicks". Like in high school. You can't really call off because you will be written up even if you do it once. Or if they send you home if you are sick they will still write you up. I have never even seen a company ran so poorly. They are always short on workers because of their bad and sad reputation.

      Pros

      Clients are wonderful, CNA's, Nursing and Therapy departments are some of the most dedicated and caring people I have ever met!

      Cons

      The recent administrative changes have destroyed what was once a wonderful organization. New administration has destroyed morale, chased off or fired the dedicated staff and created and replaced it with an atmosphere of distrust and resentment.

      Pros

      The clients are first and foremost the best part of working here, in addition to an atmosphere where everyone pitches in to help one another. Small company feel, rather than lining the pockets of higher-ups you'll never meet.

      Cons

      Well sure, the money could be better (or worse), but they really try to compensate you in other ways and are good about showing their appreciation.
