-Competitive with pay - Next to peerless with benefits -Management is reasonable if you do your job and aren't lazy - Many opportunities for extra hours if you work hard - Everyone goes out of their way to greet you and make you feel like an instant member of the Marklund family - The kids and their family make your day

I’ve been working for Marklund for a little over 6 months now. Marklund puts the students first. Everyone is like a family. Hardworking team and very driven teachers. Leadership team tries really hard to be approachable and fun. They care about the people there. Honestly, best job I’ve ever had.

Cons

Physically hard but worth it. It’s all for a good reason.
