      Pros

      Clients are wonderful, CNA's, Nursing and Therapy departments are some of the most dedicated and caring people I have ever met!

      Cons

      The recent administrative changes have destroyed what was once a wonderful organization. New administration has destroyed morale, chased off or fired the dedicated staff and created and replaced it with an atmosphere of distrust and resentment.

      Pros

      I worked for both the CEO & CFO. I can say they truly care about their employees & the clients and always make sure that clients care is a priority! The CEO changed Marklund for the better since he began. I loved working for Marklund and miss not only my job but the wonderful people I worked with.

      Nothing I only left because I moved an hour away.

      Pros

      The benefits are pretty good.

      Cons

      Management and leadership offer little to no support. The injury rate is high even with training. Burn out rate is high. The environment is very toxic.
