The clients are, of course, at the forefront for employees. It is rewarding work to be able to make a difference in the lives of the people we are here to serve. The company also offers good benefits and has a strong history.

Cons

Young employees (not all) lack dedication and accountability, which can cause a strain on the team.

The clients are first and foremost the best part of working here, in addition to an atmosphere where everyone pitches in to help one another. Small company feel, rather than lining the pockets of higher-ups you'll never meet.

Cons

Well sure, the money could be better (or worse), but they really try to compensate you in other ways and are good about showing their appreciation.
