      decent pay with plenty of opportunity for overtime, great benefits, office is pretty, great case management system, people are ok

      managing partner is a real jerk, terrible training, sometimes work felt a little smarmy, people are ok

      Benefits, rewarding work at times, some attorneys allow over time

      Cons

      often toxic work environment, uneducated paralegals, they'd rather watch you quit than solve the problems, absolutely no supervision

      You do not have to have a degree in paralegal studies to be a paralegal at this company Flexible with you

      Cons

      Pay is not great and raises are far and few between You will not get much praise for the work you do. The attorneys will get all of the praise and reward even though you do a lot for each case
