      Pros

      - Great ambiance - Good team spirit - Comfortable and friendly environment to work at - Good policies - Good appraisal compared to other MNCs.

      Cons

      Even though the appraisal is good but the basic pay is low so your salary is still low. They also deduct from your variable pay. So at the end of year you get less than what you have expected.

      Enough of benefits, great culture, open communication, load to keep motivated. enoght budget for team building activities, food, transport, insurance, beautiful workplace.

      Cons

      No clarity on work, lengthy process, no one to take onus or track. Management is busy with meetings.
