      I love all the benefits that are offered at Marlabs. The culture is amazing. The management style is refreshing as well. I love my boss and his boss.

      This is a company that does 1 thing so it's focused. That actually creates more opportunities to move be skills are very transferable

      Cons

      Feels like a big start up. The Digital Marketing organization double in the last 3 years and it's consulting is finally getting to a point of maturity. Consequently there are growing pains but leadership admits it and fixing it is a priority
