      Pros

      Outsourcing: Best salary depends upon the client .

      Cons

      Once the client project is over, you have to do the exit formalities on the same day in Marlabs also and u will be jobless. (You should be so lucky to get the next project through them). While joining they won't mention anything and will say you are the permanent employee of their company and the project is long term. Think 100 times before joining, If you are already working in a company because suddenly u will be jobless.....
