      flexible timings, i was lucky to work under a good team so it was environment friendly hmm thats about it

      the work culture and environment overall is lacking in the world as we live in,too laid back and nothing is done to make it better. salary is a big negative. verbal talk that hike will be provided and it never came as promised

      Pros

      Good if you are concerned only about money. They will give you good hike when you join.

      Cons

      No bench strength. If your project is over you have to sit at home and wait till the company gets another project. And when you are at home no salary is given which is worst. Plus the most bad thing is the leave policy. You will get only 12 annual leaves that too if you take the leaves together for 2 continuous weeks then the weekend is also counted in those 12 leaves.
