      Pros

      Marlabs infuses an entrepreneurial spirit in each of its senior management team members. What I felt for last couple of years is that Marlabs empowers its employees with decision making space and freedom. It all depends on your manager, but in general they listen to you.

      Cons

      Lack of delegated financial management. This causes delay and hinders innovation at times.

      The great company to work with. Nice and family atmosphere, respect each and every one ideas and thoughts. perfect place for personnel and carrier growth.

      Cons

      One who can not achieve OR do things right, he/she always blame the company/subordinates etc... etc. but i really don't see any cons here..
