They do not care about their employees and do not pay them what they are worth.

Worked for the company for 13 years. Repaired sprinkler systems. Company hired people that had no idea what they were doing and stole company time. Which cost the company to lose customers and money. When manager was told about said employees, manager did absolutely nothing. All that matters to managers is numbers , the amount of money every month coming in. If numbers are met that keeps corporate Marmic happy. Before Marmic bought total fire safety in Woodridge illinois the company was 100% a great place to work. To bad they lost their best hard working ,could fix anything sprinkler technician ,to back stabbing managers worried of losing their jobs. Managers definitely don't have your back. Managers have no skill in the trades they are managing. Their so called Marmic university is a joke for advancing your certification, Because company time is to important for there bottom line profits. H.R. department is a joke. Company uses scare tactics to its customers.
