Pros
-The hiring process went smooth. I was advised by Allison who kept me informed and organized my interviews. I did a phone screening and came in for a 3 hr. interview with the team a couple of days later. I felt comfortable and their questions were relevant to the role. Once, I was job offered by HR; they were helpful and walked me through the process. Also, I liked using the paycom app to complete all my paperwork. It was easy to reference and convenient if your still employed elsewhere.
-Onboarding day 1 was great. The Marotta HR team answered any questions about the hiring process and our benefits package. (FYI they offered me a competitive package, flexible scheduling and from my understanding many roles now offer a bonus) During onboarding, we walked the facility, covered safety protocol and learned about company culture and the current market. I was assigned a buddy for the first 30 days, I shadowed her, and she introduced to key PoCs for the accounts I would be taking over. I speak w/ my manager and leadership daily.
-The organization has a transparent environment, and everyone is supportive of the learning curve.
-Marotta Controls is def growing rapidly; tons of room for career opportunities. They are out growing their facility but offering wfh and flexibility while they expand the facility.
For me it was the perfect fit since I am mid-level in my career and transitioning to a new sector. I came from a fortune 500 company and Marotta provides me w/ tons much needed insight into the industry. I can see the organization also being a good fit for entry level/students. Very talented engineers that are incredibly supportive. I would def recommend the organization to a friend
Cons
