      You get to work on a lot of fun stuff.. you get to work closely with all the disciplines..the people are nice and they care

      Tons of work.. no overtime... company says they want to do things to make things better until those things get in the way of business as usual.. the business couldnt function without heros.. flexible work schedule is going away with no justification.. If your a hard worker you will be taken advantage of here...
