Pros

Marotta is one of the most caring companies I have worked for. They are flexible with schedules and always go above and beyond to make sure their employees are happy and being taken care of. We also receive 11+ holidays off and host employee engagement events always monthly.

Cons

As Marotta is growing rapidly, there are growing pains but this happens everywhere!
