      Pros

      Some very smart people work there and the technology innovations that are developed are ingenious.

      Cons

      Too many to list. It's a circus most days and uncontrolled chaos on its best. Management is by popularity, not by performance. Growth is handled without thought for capabilities leading to too many program failures. Benefits are subpar for the industry. For an engineering company, the information technology systems are inadequate for the job. ... to name a few.

      Growing company in a sold and constant industry.

      Cons

      Organization non-existent. Resistant to technology, pen and paper or verbal used over computers. On a personal aspect I do not work well or fit in with the other employees. I work and fit in much better at previous larger corporations.
