Pros
-The company is growing quickly and expanding business. New roles point to potential for growth and advancement. -Individual employees take accountability and have meaningful impacts to products. -For some roles, training can be immersive and rotational. Additional hands on training is possible if requested which helps to familiarize new hires. -The chance to work on hardware of different types that are used in so many interesting environments (deep space, fighter jets, spacecraft, etc.) is pretty unique. -Employees are helpful in lending time to assist others. -Some newer hires have joined Marotta from similar companies and have positive feedback.
Cons
-Some IT issues occasionally. The IT staff themselves are helpful. -Productivity and ease of use would improve with a more modern ERP system (which is pending).
