Good experience for beginner, even though the salary is below average

Variety of projects to work on, can accumulate experience because you have to do it on your own to solve a problem. A company relative new to Romanian work market.

Cons

Salary below average, after 1 year you get stuck doing the same thing over and over without any new chalanges. Main focus is on production, R&D come on second place.
