Pros

A great open door policy where from day one you feel you can reach out to anyone in the company. Friendly and caring management and executives. Great pay and benefits. Provides all of the tools you need to be successful in your job.

Cons

Onboarding and training program could be streamlined and tweaked a bit. My trainer was not very good and my company knowledge suffered a setback because of it.

Pros

The company is really focused on the well being of their employees. They have an open door policy. They have great benefits and their raises are normally reasonable.

Cons

Corporate is very one sided. They claim to be employee focused but the only way that happens is if your in Management. If your part of the smaller fish your word means nothing. They claim to have an "open door" policy but whenever an issue arises they make you feel like a fool for even addressing any issues to begin with.
