Good insurance options. Transportation to and from vessel provided by company. Direct TV available in crew quarters on most vessels. Standard dress code. Facial hair allowed depending on vessel type.

Cons

Poor logistical department. Long hitches. Utilizing old equipment. Non experienced crew members occupying important roles. Poor chain of command structure
