Decent starter company. If you know someone who works there, you can get your foot in the door and go from there.

Pros

plenty of boats to work on. They rarely fire anyone unless they really do a bad job. They just move you from boat to boat if you're not getting along with crews.

Cons

Healthy but debatable salary. Instead of issuing raises to those performing well, everyone gets same raise, depending on job title. If other boats are having accidents, the ones remaining safe suffer.
